Admissions Information
ENROLLMENT PROCESS
1. Admissions Request
To begin the enrollment process, we ask that you first familiarize yourself with our Parent Handbook, our Tuition & Fees pricing options, and then CONTACT the school to discuss our program and ask any questions you may have. Once you have an understanding of our program you are welcome to fill out the Admissions request form.
2. Phone Interview
We feel that each family should understand and appreciate the school's culture and goals in order to maintain a healthy school/home connection. This is a wonderful time to discuss the unique needs of your child and any past educational experiences. After you have filled out the Admissions request form please EMAIL our director, Melissa Reeve, to set up a time for a phone interview.
3. In-Person Tour
Following our introductory conversation, we will set up a time for you and your child to meet our teaching team, tour the school, and get further acquainted with our school. If you would like to move forward, you may submit an your formal application, required paperwork, and contract forms. If we are not able to meet in person, we will ask you to provide a recent progress report or letter of recommendation from a recent teacher.
3. Enrollment
Once we have had the opportunity to get to know your family and have received all of the required application/enrollment paperwork, we will communicate classroom availability and collect a tuition deposit to complete the enrollment process.
This process may be adjusted according to school and individual family situations as necessary.
